CONFERENCE ROOMS
The Diana Plaza offers a choice of 3 versatile function/conference rooms,
Catering for up to 100 people, luxurious suites for private boardroom meetings,
or our relaxing courtyard.
Aventines Room:
Located on the Ground Floor of the hotel, Aventines has the capacity to accommodate 50 Guests Classroom Style or seat up to 100 delegates Theatre or Banquet Style. This room offers the inclusion of the enclosed courtyard area which can be used for refreshment breaks or for the delegates to sit down to enjoy a full catered meal during their function break.
Arcadia Room: Arcadia 1 /Arcadia 2
Also located on the Ground Floor of the hotel these two rooms combined have the capability to accommodate 80 guests seated either Theatre Style or for a full Banquet Meal. These rooms individually are ideal for smaller functions in Boardroom setup for conferences such as executive meetings.
Courtyard:
We offer two separate courtyard areas. The first, the upper courtyard, is located directly through the lobby area and off the Aventines Room. The second, is accessed from the restaurant or through the upper courtyard area. These areas can be used for a range of functions ranging from cocktail parties through to a full three course dinner.
